Identified

We have identified the issue and are working to get a fix implemented as soon as possible. Merchant storefronts should be up, however support contacts and admin areas are still experiencing issues. We will continue to update as soon as we have implemented a fix.

Investigating

Some sites may be experiencing intermittent downtime. We have notified Cloudflare that traffic is not re-routing correctly so we can get this fixed as quickly as possible and are continuing to monitor sites.
