Monitoring - Mailgun has implemented a fix and email validation for new admin accounts is now working. We will continue to monitor for any issues.

Identified - We are currently experiencing an issue where merchants are receiving errors when attempting to create new admin accounts.

This is due to a service disruption with Mailgun, our third-party email verification partner. Our team is actively monitoring the situation, and we will provide updates here as soon as a resolution is reached.
