Investigating - We are currently investigating an intermittent issue affecting the Premium Checkout process. Some orders are failing to display in the admin dashboard however checkout and order submission is not affected. The immediate workaround for merchants to view affected orders has been to bulk update the order with an existing payment method. Our team is actively working to diagnose and resolve the root cause of the payment method failure.

Monitoring - PayPal has resolved an issue on their end and we have confirmed that the 'Show Paypal Credit/Debit Card Fields' now correctly displays the credit card fields and allows customers to enter their information. We will continue to monitor the situation.

Update - We are seeing intermittent issues with Paypal loading across the Volusion platform. This is related to an incident with Paypal which they are currently working on resolving. Investigating - Merchants that are currently using PPCP with the setting 'Show Paypal Credit/Debit Card Fields' are experiencing issues with the credit card fields not allowing entries. However, standard Paypal is still operable if that setting is not selected. We are working to resolve this issue and will post updates as soon as possible.

You may experience intermittent connectivity to your store front for a short period during that timeframe. Monitoring - We identified that this issue was related to an incident with Cloudflare where Rate Limiting rules were triggered too early, causing sites to return 522 errors. This incident has been resolved and we are no longer seeing these errors. We will continue to monitor for any further issues.
